Sparkling petite rhinestone earrings marked PAT 1967965. The clip backs were patented in the 1930's by Ballou & Co. These rhodium plated petite half-hoop clips are from the 1940 - early 1950's. Each earring measures 7/8 inches tall and has 14 sparkling clear crystal rhinestones.
