Ornate and petite gold filled watch fob pin by Harry Iskin. Back is signed H over an I and marked 1/20 12K GF. Golden retro floral pin with a bow. The back has a hook you can hang a watch, locket, or pendant. The pin measures 1 and 1/4 inches across and is from the late 1930's- 1940's.
