Art Deco Dance Purse

Signed D.F.B. CO. (DF Briggs Company) Circa later 1920's -1930's. Guilloche ornate case with pretty wrist strap. Front is enameled with hand-painted roses in gold basket. Inside has powder spot with puff, a spot for rouge (no rouge), a tiny lipstick case with some lipstick still inside (dark burgandy shade) and a fourth compartment. Measurses 3 and 3/4 inches tall to top of fancy clasp. The mirror is in excellent condition.

West Germany Rhinestone Handbag

Label reads Made in West Germany. Circa 1940's - 1950's. All of the rhinestones are prong-set and brilliant. The rhinestone clasp is brilliant. There are a couple of spots in the ivory satin interior. One pocket inside. The silver plating on the frame and chain handle is worn revealing the brass. Measures just under 7 inches across at the widest point.
