Silver Sequin Bag

Small silver sequin covered bag with ivory satin interior. Is stamped, but I cannot make out what it states (Made in ?). Measures 5 and 3/4 inches to top of kiss clasp and is 4 and 1/4 inches wide. Circa 1960's.

Stamped 800 (silver) and a Hallmark I cannot read. Front is adorned with cut rubies, sapphires and emeralds. Inside has a comb, lipstick holder (no lipstick), powder sifter (needs a puff), detailed white linen hanky (hand rolled hem with fine threadwork). Measures 4 and 3/8 inches across.
