Signed Miriam Haskell. I believe this is a Frank Hess design circa 1950's. Comfort adjustable clips. Dramatic climbers of gold gilt leaves studded with rose montee rhinestones and dangles of trailing rhinestones. Climber part measures 2 inches tall. From top to bottom measures 3 and 3/4 inches tall. In excellent condition.
